Managing Skipped Field Hot Keys

Summary: If you've ever used the SKIP attribute on a seldom-used entry field, you've probably also noticed that you can no longer use a prompt hot key to get to that field. For keyboard-intensive data entry, that's a problem. Fortunately, Carl Barnes has the solution.
